ACCLAIMED Stroud Chef Suzi Byford is putting Sunday roasts firmly back on the menu at Rodborough’s The Prince Albert Inn.
The former JRooL cook has joined the team at the popular pub to rustle up a selection of delicious Sunday lunches throughout the winter season.
These will include beef and pork roasts as well as vegetarian options and home made pudding when Suzi launches her new menu on Sunday, January 24.
Landlady Lotte Lyster and her partner Miles Connolly invited Suzi to set up shop in the kitchen after working there as a guest chef on January 10.
Miles said: "We were so impressed with what Suzi conjured up that we wanted her to come back every week.
"We are really lucky to have her on board and I know her way with food will bring in the punters every week."
