ANYA Forino, aged 10, from Thrupp came first in the South West under 11s climbing competition.
Anya has been climbing since she was four and regularly attends Dursley Pool’s Shokk Gym.
She enjoys the gym, which she first heard about through the Stroud District Council Elite Athletes scheme, and believes it has helped her very much with her training.
Alistair Smith, aged nine, from Coaley was one of the 50 children who won the most incentive points during the Spring Term at the Shokk Gym.
They were all invited to a party at Cattle Country to reward them for their hard work.
If you are 6 -16 years of age and are interested in coming to the Shokk Gym, give Dursley Pool a call on 01453 546441.
It is a great way to keep fit and healthy, meet new friends and this term you could be in with a chance of winning a space at the Shokk Pool party taking place on Saturday, August 3.
