THE end of June saw another great commitment from Smiths staff for the National Star College Star Day. The Star Day is an event for all businesses, schools, clubs etc. to take part in and help raise much needed funds for young people with disabilities.

At the Eastington office the fancy dress theme for the day was “When I was younger I wanted to be …….” Staff could dress up as what they dreamt of being when they were younger.

The turnout included a couple of ballerinas, football players, a Scottish dancer, Superman and many more.

Along with the fancy dress there was a cake sale held throughout the day in the reception area.

The total amount raised from Star Day was £158.42.

We would like to thank all that took part in the day and donated to this great cause.
