ANDREW Lee has worked within the NHS for more than 30 years and has previously held director level positions, in both an interim and substantive capacity, for a number of commissioning and provider organisations.

His most recent positions have included Director of Quality and Performance at NHS North Staffordshire, Chief Financial Officer at North Staffordshire Clinical Commissioning Group, Director of Finance at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, and Director of Finance at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust.

A resident of Cardiff, the 54-year-old married father and grandfather has also worked for the Welsh Assembly Government.

Prior to being formally appointed, Mr Lee had previously been interim Director of Finance and Commerce for 2gether.

“I am delighted to have been appointed as Director of Finance and Commerce for 2gether,” he said.

“Having worked for a short period here as an interim director, I have been able to see how dynamic the organisation is. I am very much looking forward to working with my colleagues to drive the organisation forward and deliver the best possible services for our service users, while working within our financial resources.”
