STROUD Bridge Club celebrated its 40th birthday last Wednesday evening.
Founder member Daphne Smith was given a bouquet of flowers by club secretary Nigel Pitel (pictured) in recognition of her 40 years of membership
Daphne is one of the most regular attendees at the club and won the duplicate competition on September 3.
