'TIS the Season of Goodwill and Tesco Stores, Stroud, have been working with Cotswold Care Hospice to make it a Happy Christmas for the Hospice’s patients and volunteers.
Three members of staff from the store attended the Hospice on Wednesday, December 17 to help serve the annual Christmas lunches.
The store donated Christmas crackers and also three Christmas trees for the Hospice garden as part of the Light up a Life star appeal.
‘We are extremely grateful to Tesco Stroud for their generosity this Christmas’ said Jan Ryder Community and Events Manager for Cotswold Care.
‘It is great that not only have they donated gifts in kind they have taken time out of their busy schedules to come along and help us with the lunches today. We very much look forward to working with Tesco again in the new year’.
