Bookings are in full swing for the two, one day outings planned for this season.

The first to Rosemoor in Devon on Saturday, June 27, the cost being £20 for coach only, as the gardens are free to the Club.

The entertainment for the evening was a video film showing of last year's Gardening Club holiday to Chester, which proved to be a wonderful kaleidoscope of beautiful gardens, the photography being so good, one could almost smell the roses.

We thank Alan Wheatley for enabling us to enjoy this and Stuart Gregory for presenting it.

The raffle was drawn and won by Beryl Neale and Stuart Gregory, which was followed by refreshments served by Margaret, with assistance from Betty and Beryl.
