Leonard Stanley Wine Circle: A last minute quiz

UNFORTUNATELY due to the wet weather causing the ground to be water logged, a decision was taken to cancel the annual Garden Party at The Grange, home of David and Fiona Turner and meet up as usual in the village hall.

A very enjoyable time was had by members taking part in a Quiz ably presented with lots of laughs by Chairman Bob Britton.

Let’s just hope that the weather will be kinder to us for our outing to Bath cruising along the river on July 27 – surely the sun will shine for us then!
