The High Sheriff of Gloucestershire visits Frith Youth Centre at Bussage
THE new High Sheriff of Gloucestershire took time out of her busy schedule to visit the Frith Youth Centre at Bussage.
Lady Bathurst was ordained as the High Sheriff at a ceremony in Gloucester in April and has been dividing her duties with the police, court and charitable duties with that of her own role as the Countess of the Bathurst estate in nearby Cirencester.
She was invited to the centre to chat to the teenage groups who attend the centre and had just finished their exams.
She enjoyed an evening of cooking demonstrations and even got to try some of their homemade garlic bread.
Charlie B Tyrone even made a mug for the High Sheriff.
βIt was wonderful to meet so many lovely young people and see what great work centres like this are doing for our communities, I even got to play a game of pool.,β Lady Bathurst said.
