British bike bonanza races in for charity
MOTORCYCLIST and boss of Rickman motorcycles in Stroud, Gloucestershire, Adrian Moss, has organised the British bike bonanza for 35 years.
In June this year having to move form Nailsworth to Cirencester, moving from the beginning of July to the end.
Mr Moss, who has been away in America on business also on return, having the dreaded flu and cold has just reported what he made for charity at this year’s bonanza.
After expenses £250 went to Cirencester hospital, however, during the meeting, a rider was injured and Wiltshire air ambulance flew in managing the land in a small area, taking the rider to hospital.
An impromptu collection from spectators raging over £300, Mr Moss making this up to £600 as the first time he had seen the air ambulance up close and was amazed.
Mr Moss, who admits to be 70 next year, but says there is still a teenager inside trying to get out?
