Leonard Stanley Wine Circle Christmas Party
ON DECEMBER 21, members of the Wine Circle arrived for their Christmas Dinner to be greeted with a glass of sherry and a decorated festive hall.
The tables were laden with food, bottles of wine and entertainment based on music in the 60s - resulting in a good time to be had by all.
It was with regret that we said goodbye to Brenda and Noel Baker who are moving to Cheltenham at the beginning of January and Chairman David presented them with flowers and a bottle respectively.
We will miss Noel for maintaining our web site and his homemade bread!
Our next meeting is on January 25 when we will celebrate Burns Night.
