OUR next meeting on Wednesday, March 15, is a slide show of old pictures illustrating the history of Chalford Vale.
Mike Mills is well known in the area for his absorbing slide shows and incredibly detailed knowledge of the villages and people around, having lived his entire life here.
Mike was one of a trio with Stan Gardiner and Lionel Padin who collected many thousands of images of life in our villages from the late nineteenth century onwards.
