This is an emergency voluntary service which provides a motorcycle courier facility to all hospitals in the catchment area.

They transport urgently needed blood, human tissue and other medical essentials between NHS facilities and patients' homes.

They are on call 365 days a year.

Each "shift" consists of three riders and a dispatcher.

They are a non profit charity and all money raised goes towards providing this much needed service.

All the riders are volunteers.
