IT IS the Glastonbury of the 1950s, 60s scrambles and off-road motorcycle world the end of July?
Yes, the international British bike bonanza is on again, July 29 and 30, 2017, Jackements Lane, Tarlton GL7 6PN off the A433 Tetbury to Cirencester Road.
This year’s special guest will be Len Vale Onslow, a giant in the sponsorship and sale motorcycles after WWII and of course many of the 50s, 60s and 70s scrambles champions will be in attendance.
The event is organised by the Western classic MCC.
There will be a pre-65 trial on the Saturday 12 sections four laps all on private land and pre-65 scramble on the Sunday practice from 10am.
First race scheduled for 11.45am, machines on display, refreshments tent, plus all the usual interests for the oldie motorcycle enthusiast.
