POLICE in Stroud have issued CCTV images of men they want to talk to in connection with several shoplifting cases in the town.

Officers want to talk to the man in the first image about the theft of an electric toothbrush, worth around £80, from Sainsbury’s in Dudbridge at 8am on Wednesday, March 12.

Anyone who recognises the man, described as white, between 30 and 50-years-old, with short hair and glasses, is asked to call police on 101 and quote incident 292 of March 12.

Police also want to identify a man who entered Waitrose in London Road three times between Monday, February 24 and Monday, March 10 and stole cosmetic items and electric toothbrushes.

Anyone who recognises the man in the second image, described as white, between 18 and 25-years-old, of medium build and with cropped, dark brown hair, should call 101 and quote crime reference 6477/14.
