VOLUNTEERS are needed to help make lanterns for this year’s Stroud Goodwill Evening.
Lis Parker, who is helping to organise the event on Friday, December 5, said: “This year some of the local schools are joining in with the lantern making for the procession.
“Artists will be helping to inspire the children to make beautiful creations to light up the town. We will have large lanterns and small lanterns and everyone is welcome to join us.”
The lantern making will be held in a drop-in shop.
Stewards are also needed for the procession which will start outside the Sub Rooms.
