Former Nailsworth Primary School headteacher, Ross Workman has been suspended from his post at a West Midlands school
A FORMER headteacher at Nailsworth Primary School has been arrested on suspicion of possessing indecent images.
Ross Workman worked at the school until the end of 2004.
He was suspended from his current post at Old Swinford Primary School in Stourbridge in the West Midlands on November 3 after being arrested in an inquiry into online child sexual exploitation.
Police in the West Midlands stressed there was no evidence of any inappropriate contact between the 49-year-old and pupils.
Officers seized compu-ter equipment from his home and from the school premises in Stourbridge.
A spokesman for West Midlands police said Mr Workman had been released on bail without charge while investigations continue.
