DEVELOPERS have released the first artist’s impression of the new retirement complex being constructed in Cainscross Road, Stroud.
The McCarthy and Stone development, on the site of the former Robert Timms garage, is due to be completed in the summer.
It will feature 32 one and two bedroom living apartments, communal facilities and landscaped gardens.
McCarthy and Stone was given planning consent in April last year after appealing to a planning inspector. The firm claimed Stroud District Council had not considered the application within the statutory time period.
