Gromit sculpture designed by Cath Kidston pays visit to Forest Green Rovers' match
A VERY special visitor made an appearance at Forest Green Rovers’ home match on Saturday.
The Cath Kidston Antique Rose Gromit – which featured in the popular Gromit Unleashed campaign in Bristol – made a star appearance in the Carol Embrey Suite at the New Lawn.
Supporters had the chance to meet Gromit and make a donation to the Bristol Children’s Hospital.
So far the Gromit Unleashed campaign has raised more than £5 million for life-saving equipment and other facilities for the hospital.
The figure, one of 80 fibreglass Gromit sculptures installed across Bristol in 2013, was decorated by designer Cath Kidston.
