Anna Mullins, whose parents have lived at The Bungalow on Grove Lane for 45 years, have lost count of the number of accidents on the road.
She said: “BBC Points West even ran a story 10 years ago highlighting the dangerous road and there has been a fatality on it too.
“There is now a 40-mile-an-hour speed limit on the country lane and my father says people need to be reminded of it.”
The incident happened at around 10.10pm in the evening of Saturday, April 18.
Police incident number 156 dated 19.04.15
