A 64-YEAR-OLD man went missing from his home in Stroud this morning.
Robert John Dodson left his home address in Southgate Crescent between 6am and 7am today and has not been since.
Wearing a bright blue t-shirt and jeans Robert is described as white, of stocky build, with receding white hair and about 5ft 10"tall, with tattoos on both arms.
He is driving a silver Mercedes Sprinter panel van, reg. RJD 8R.
Police believe he may be in the Saul/Frampton on Severn/Quedgeley areas and is known to be fond of rivers and canals.
Officers and his family are extremely worried for Robert's welfare and would urge anyone who may have information on his whereabouts to contact Gloucestershire Police immediately on 101 or 999, quoting incident number 72 of 28 May.
