A CAT in Randwick was shot with an orange-tipped dart which police believe may have come from a blow-gun.
The cat was found by its owner when the animal returned to its home in the afternoon on Saturday, May 23 with a plastic dart embedded in its neck.
The owner removed the dart and took the cat to the vet who said it did not need treatment.
However, officers would like to trace the person(s) responsible for the shooting the missile.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting incident 315 of 26 May 2015.
