CHILDREN at St Dominic's Primary School are enjoying a new transformed playground.
The new look play area at the school in Inchbrook, Stroud, has new artificial grass replacing concrete, a story telling area, a bark pit with a mud kitchen, a large sandpit and a chalkboard.
Workers from Discovery Timber, based in Woodchester, carried out the £10,000 transformation in just two weeks.
The playground will be used for teaching a range of lessons including maths and literacy, as well as being used as a play area.
