A LEVEL crossing failure caused delays on Oldends Lane in Stonehouse this morning.
Police were called as the lights are reported to be flashing but the barriers are not working.
It happened after a train went across the crossing at around 7.30am travelling from Birmingham New Street to Paignton.
The road by the level crossing was closed but the crossing has now been fixed and the road is open.
