PARENTS, pupils and teachers at St Roses School joined together to celebrate the children’s success and achievements over the past academic year.

Dozens gathered on a warm and sunny day for the specialist school’s summer graduation party on Wednesday July 20.

Twelve pupils from the nursery department gathered on the school lawn for a celebratory tea party, which involved a photographic exhibition of the children’s time there.

Each child also received a special graduation certificate and a parting gift from the nursery team.

St Roses provides education and therapy for children with physical disabilities and complex health needs.

But the nursery department of St Roses welcomes children aged between two and five years old, with or without disabilities or additional needs.

Later the same day the school held an Awards Evening for its main school.

Awards were presented by governors, staff and friends of the school who have been involved over the past year.
