ENTRIES are flooding in for the Peter Joy drawing competition launched at the start of the summer.

Next year marks the 20th anniversary of the independent and local estate agent in Nailsworth and Stroud.

The family-run business plans to celebrate this milestone with a number of events throughout the year.

The first activity to mark the anniversary is the competition where children any age up to 16 can draw their dream house.

The winning entry will be featured on Peter Joy sales and letting boards across the Stroud Valleys throughout 2017 and on limited edition key rings given to all house buyers and on a special vinyl display in the windows of both offices.

In addition the winners will receive a £25 book token.

Jake Mortlock, director of Peter Joy said: 'The whole Peter Joy team are really proud to be celebrating our 20th birthday, we have seen highs and lows in the property market over the years and our customers have continued to support us and allowed us to develop a strong and successful brand.

“We wanted a way to involve families in our 2017 celebrations and this seemed the best way.”

Entry forms are available in the Nailsworth and Stroud offices of Peter Joy and the closing date is at the end October half term.
