THE ever popular Stroud Country Show was back on Saturday with vintage vehicles, brass bands and children’s rides.
Dating back to Victorian times the event is renowned for its changing theme, this year’s theme was ‘streaming along to the show.’
The horticultural marquee with flowers, cakes, vegetables and crafts made a return.
The show was at Stratford Park and there were demonstrations of local skills, farming abilities and a companion dog show, ensuring there is something for everyone.
Unfortunately, this year organisers had to leave out the rare breeds and livestock.
