MADAM - With reference to the letter from Cllr Molloy singing the praises of the Green Party.

Just a couple of points to put the record straight, both on the housing investments and the living wage.

These were led by and enacted by the Labour group on Stroud District Council.

On the bedroom tax motion which the Greens moved asking for a formal no evictions policy to be adopted, this was completely against the policy that Green members had already supported as members of the housing committee, a complete about face just to attract some headlines.

Lastly, Cllr Molloy suggests that voting Green is the best option to save the NHS.

Labour designed and brought in the NHS and are committed to repeal the health and social care and similar Coalition Government policies that are tearing the NHS apart.

David Drew has led and played a part in all the campaigns to save NHS services, and will continue to do so.

The key message is that if you want to stop Neil Carmichael being the Stroud MP, vote for David Drew the Labour and Cooperative candidate.
