Waste collection is a real conundrum
MADAM – Black bags are for household waste. Green bags are for garden refuse.
We have to pay for green bags. So could someone explain when the dustbin men come round to collect the bags both are thrown in to the same landfill.
So why do we have to buy green bags, what a waste of money and refuse.
Some councils pick up garden waste separately, why can’t ours?
