Hope police made good use of chance
MADAM – I see from your paper that the police were to help cyclists with security by registering, security marking and offering discounted cycle locks on Saturday, August 30.
I trust that at this time they took take the opportunity of checking the road-worthiness of the machines as well as introducing the owners to the highway code.
