MADAM – I was in Cheltenham Hospital most of Monday morning on October 13.
As usual, the care was outstanding.
No one was on strike.
NHS workers should not need to strike.
Research shows that those who have experienced NHS care are prepared to pay higher taxes so that they don’t need to and their living standards are protected.
The NHS is being privatised behind closed doors, with thousands of contracts awarded to private health care companies.
We must protect it.
