STROUD News & Journal reader James Price photographed this phenomenal sky scene over Doverow from his window at Westrip at a time when the sun was just going behind the clouds as a dark cloud moved south towards Selsley Hill.
He told the SNJ: “The sky looked fantastic. As you can see the shadows over Doverow Hill were cast by the sun behind the clouds over Stonehouse.
“This was combined with this amazing dark cloud going south towards Selsley Hill, from the Fuzzies at Westrip, casting more showers.”
Mr Price said he feels lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the country. “I feel so privileged to have views like this. The views are stunning any time of the day, every day.”
