MADAM - After the over-indulgence of Christmas, I'm sure many people will be considering turning over a new leaf this January and making a New Year's resolution to be healthier.
Might I suggest that those people consider going vegan?
The health benefits of a plant-based diet include a lower risk of cardio-vascular disease, diabetes, stroke, and certain types of cancer.
Plus vegans tend to be slimmer, so it could be a great way to lose weight.
Not only that, but by going vegan you ensure that no farmed animals need suffer for the sake of your food.
So, why not have a kinder, healthier 2015 and go vegan?
