MADAM - Thanks for your coverage on the incinerator. It seems an issue on which a number of parties feel strongly. A significant part of the debate hangs on the finances. Tory leader Mark Hawthorne is saying it makes financial sense to go ahead.
Could Mark let the electorate know in round terms the capital, running and penalty costs, with expected plant throughput?
This will allow the debate to be more factual, rather than political which he complained of in the January 21 issue.
If he is not so confident in his figures to so inform the electorate, should he complain if others come to very different conclusions?
