MADAM – I read Liz Hillary’s letter with a mixture of despair and disbelief.
Does she really believe that it will make no difference whether we vote Labour or Tory?
Perhaps, Liz, you need to be reminded that if we have a Tory government on May 8, we can expect more of the same Tory medicine: a more unequal society with bonuses and tax cuts for the well-off, food banks, pay freezes or pay cuts and austerity for the rest of us and the end of the NHS as a publicly-funded service, free at the point of use.
Make no mistake Liz, Labour will make a difference – maybe not exactly what you want, but to stop the Tories we need Labour MPs in places like Stroud.
Don’t like the choices?
Yes its a tough one and life’s cruel.
But vote Green on May 8 and you get blue.
