ON the landmark court ruling allowing the former wife of Ecotricity boss Dale Vince to continue with her claim for £1.9 million of divorce money.

Posted by Lucy Herring: What a joke. They didn’t build the business together or anything, why on earth should she be entitled to what HE worked for?

Posted by Scott Murphy: Absolute joke, the whole justice system. Another fail to add to there many. Sad, sad world we live in.

Posted by Sharon Ellis: Can’t believe this, it’s so very wrong I have no faith in the justice system at all.

Posted by Dean Pav Pavelinski: She hasn’t been awarded anything yet. But still I fail to comprehend how she’s entitled to any money?

Posted by Eleanor Wheeler: They were only married for two years and now 20 years later she wants a slice of his success? Poor guy.

Posted by Sian Goldsack: It’s because they hadn’t come to a financial arrangement in the original divorce proceedings. But I don’t agree she should get anything now.

Posted by Denise Nolson: Appalling. And sets a really bad precedent. Pure greed.

Posted by Claire Anslow: Disgusting. I don’t believe in marriage because of this sort of stuff.

On the fears over the privatisation of the NHS.

Posted by Mary Taylor: It would take a lot more than repealing the Health and Social Care Act. We need to stop further foundation trusts, put stop to any qualified provider system (ethos - to promote choice and competition, introduced by the last Government),dump the purchase/provider split (1991 Tory). Not for nothing that the biggest campaigning group for publicly-owned health services was founded in 2005 – www.KeepOurNHSPublic.com. The only really legally tight option is the NHS Reinstatement Bill.
