I WANT to thank the various passers-by who stopped to help me on March 26 lunchtime, when I slipped and fell outside Tesco Express in Nailsworth.
They looked after me so well, called an ambulance, called a friend, wrapped me up in their coats and supported me when I passed out from the shock and blood loss.
I was taken by ambulance to Gloucester where again I had wonderful treatment from the NHS – and 16 stitches in my head.
It was an unfortunate accident but restored my faith in human nature. Thank you.
