TO the MP for Stroud, Mr Neil Carmichael.
Now that you are back as MP, I would like to express my concern about Russia.
When we recently saw all the armoury and rockets, it was very frightening, including all the troops.
Also they have already sent ships along the English Chanel and they have sent aircraft which had to be escorted by our fighters.
Are they trying to test the waters?
Could you take up the challenge to fight for freedom?
I saw on TV that Russian submarines in the North Sea are near to Scotland’s shores.
We have reduced all our forces to such a low level, can we defend our selves?
If we were invaded with a foreign force, could we defend it?
We must look after this beautiful and wonderful isle.
I am an 86-year-old man.
I do love this country.
