JUSTICE.

Well done to Mr Gove, the new Justice Secretary, on reportedly promising to tackle the legal system in this country.

In my personal experience I have found, with respect, the legal profession to be unfit for purpose.

When there are plaintiffs so scared of going to court that they commit suicide, then something is wrong – and the law society and the bar must take responsibility for that.

The governmental needs to save £12 billion; let’s cut the legal aid subsidy and perhaps we will get true justice.
