JUSTICE - Lee Prescott makes a very valid point (SNJ July 8) about court processes.
Have the legal profession made courts inaccessible by their over-zealous adversarial behaviour?
Would some of the recently reported child abuse have been avoided had the alleged victims felt confident to go to court in the first place?
This government needs to act fast.
Perhaps the first step is to review the small-claims thresholds and increase them to allow ordinary people this ability to employ a lawyer or barrister.
