THIS is in reply to Neil Carmichael's recent column which I find positive, thoughtful and informative.
However a couple of years ago I visited Neil with carefully documented articles and correspondence concerning the adverse effect of neonicotinoid insecticide sprays on bees and other pollinators, which clearly demonstrated the link between these sprays and Colony Collapse Disorder.
These are 7,000 times more toxic than DDT.
I wonder what happened to these documents.
I am the wife of the beekeeper known locally with affection as the 'honey man'.
