Reader's Letter: State of the roads is just diabolical
IN the SNJ of March 30 you stated that Gloucestershire County Council spent £20 million on the roads last year. Where? Obviously not in Windmill Road, Box Village, Butterrow Hill to name just a few.
The roads in Stroud and district are diabolical and Amey and GCC should hang their heads in shame.
They fill one pothole and leave one next door because it is not deep enough, why can’t they make it the depth required and do all the holes in one go instead of coming back at a later date.
Come on Amey and GCC get your act together and let us the ratepayer see value for money.
