SO good to hear from an expert, such as Martin Baxter who has ‘observed people with blue badges who had no disability that he could discern’.
To be entitled to a blue badge one needs to satisfy various questions as to one’s disability.
Shame Mr Baxter could not discern any disability, I assume he is a medical practitioner and can recognise all symptoms suffered by those who ‘hopped out of their cars and then strolled off into town’.
One needs to have full information about the disabilities of those claiming blue badges.
In Stroud this is supplied to Gloucestershire County Council oh and obviously, Mr Baxter.
