WITH Jeremy Corbyn’s second Labour leadership victory in just a year he’s created the largest mass-membership political party in Europe – which no other modern politician could remotely have achieved.
Now to win over the country – and this will be done not by trimming our principles and policies to satisfy right-wing voters and media narratives but by bringing ethics and honesty into the heart of politics.
Politicians of ethics don’t manipulate people to vote for them by playing deceptive Machiavellian games, rather they set out their principled ethical stall, trusting that by appeal to people’s higher nature, that’s the ethical way to political power.
This is Corbyn’s way, and it’s the way of the future.
