Reader's Letters: Pothole issues
I DRIVE up to Stroud from Gloucester several times weekly.
The potholes in the road going up Horsepools Hill after leaving Brookthorpe are extremely dangerous.
There is one very deep one about 6”. square.
They are difficult to avoid due to narrowness of the road and continuous oncoming traffic.
Going down into Stroud from Edge there are more potholes.
During the year there have been many sets of roadworks along the road but potholes don’t seem to have been repaired.
