Reader's Letter: A46 concerns
AS A resident of Nailsworth I was really annoyed when I saw the ‘party political’ article and photograph in last week’s paper.
Our district councillor Steve Robinson was only doing what he should do – expressing his own concerns and thinking about ways to make the A46, at the Horsley Road junction, safer after a recent serious accident.
He also wanted to suggest a solution to the concerns expressed by Park Road residents.
This did not justify the appearance of the arranged ranks of the Conservative principals to belittle his efforts.
Shame on them and well done Steve.
Please keep the party politics out of safety concerns.
