WE HAVE many empty shops in Stroud and I notice that some of them become “Pop Up” shops.
We have homeless people, many sleeping on benches in the town and in doorways of business premises.
Could we make some of the unused buildings “Pop Up Shelters” for our homeless? It seems to me there are always empty properties doing nothing.
How can we take this forward?
