Reader's Letter: So grateful for Sub Rooms
MEMBERS of Lansdown Art Club are once again grateful to Stroud Subscription Rooms for housing their annual exhibition.
Not only is the George Room ideal for the displaying of paintings, there is also an excellent cafe.
Members have always found the staff willing and helpful, and they sell some of the best jacket potatoes I for one have ever tasted.
It will be a very sad day if we lose such a great venue right in the centre of Stroud.
