ON BEHALF of Nailsworth Rotary Club, I am writing to thank everyone who supported the concert in aid of Mind in St George’s Church, Nailsworth on Saturday, March 25.
I am delighted to say that over £2,500 was raised for Mind Mental Health Charity.
We are so grateful to everyone who came along on the night, the many donations which were received and the performers who generously gave their time.
The Minpins (Stroud Choral Children’s Choir) gave a wonderful rendition of the children’s choruses from The Pelicantata, which they recently premiered at Bath Abbey.
James Butler, a young tenor, sang and filled the church with his beautiful voice.
Copious Notes entertained us all with their enthusiastic close harmony singing.
With many thanks to everyone for all their hard work and generosity.
