ON our pre-election interview with Ukip candidate Glen Gogerly.

Posted by BigBoy22: Another £6 billion for the NHS. What a great idea. Just a teeny question.... once the economy collapses as a result of the exit from the single market, where will the £6 billion come from?

Posted by charmedone from stroud: I wonder why you haven’t questioned the spending by Labour who have a track record of bankrupting the country. And let’s be honest would you like someone like Diane Abbot making decisions and a few others for that matter. If so I rest my case.

Posted by TigerTigerBurningBright: Probably because this article is about the weirdness that is Ukip.

Posted by MoreSilentMajority: Ah, but a vote for Ukip is effectively a vote for Labour, taking votes away from the Tory candidate by voting Ukip will just get us Diane and Jeremy and probably a ‘new’ referendum or two until we vote the way Jer & Di and the rest of the Lib-Lab coalition want us to. If you want a Brexit at all, you should vote Tory or socialist Labour will get in through the back door.

Posted by TigerTigerBurningBright: The product of a good rounded Tory education, I imagine.

Posted by MoreSilentMajority: Ah, insult the messenger, not the message, sign of a good liberal ‘progressive’ education. the left’s tactic when they are bereft of ideas, in addition to the normal failed ideology, violent protests, spin, and outright lies, rioting, intimidation, and destruction of private property. My parents worked for a living, and dad frequently had two jobs, mum commuted long hours to sew clothing in the city. I worked and paid for my own education, room and board at university. and paid back all my student loans too. and I served in my country’s armed forces with pride. Unlike many of the ‘progressives’. I try not to direct my negative comments personally. I may make an exception for those who do not abide by the same rules. They also usually are unable to imagine anything realistically. And I type usually in lower case online mostly to avoid hitting that caps lock key as I’m not a trained typist, and I use caps for emphasis, at my whim. All caps is considered shouting. Capitalising nouns and the initial word in a sentence is also too ‘European’. And yes I am a ‘Leaver’, not a ‘Remoaner’. The sooner we get out of Europe the better. I would not capitalise ‘europe’ as it is not a proper country, just a geographic area.
